Pre-requisites:
  • Be 10+ years old. 
  • PADI eLearning requires a minimum age of 13 years old. 
  • Know how to swim and have good health.
Get ready and schedule your course!

What you will learn:
  • Adapt better to the diving equipment.
  • Plan and perform real immersions.
  • Prevent and assess problems under water.

The scuba equipment you will use:
  • Basic equipment: Mask, snorkel and fins. Buoyancy control device (BCD), breathing scuba regulator, weights, and console to control the depth and the supply of breathable air you will use, and a dive computer.
  • The wet suit may vary depending whether you go diving to tropical warm or cold water.

The PADI Open Water course consists of three phases:
  • Develop the knowledge to understand the basic principles of diving. 
  • Practice in the pool to learn the basic diving skills.
  • Practice in open water to review the learned skills and start exploring!
If you have tried scuba diving before with a Discover Scuba experience or at a resort, you can credit the skills you have learned to the full PADI Open Water course.
